Roaches

Hi, my sim owns a resort and when I looked at the reviews, it says something about roaches. I've looked all over, going into buy mode and down 2 levels under the ground, and I can't find any roaches whatsoever. Would they be invisible? The maintenance crew is on high so maybe they're taking care of it after the complaint?
