UI tabs work but needs are invisible? (Mods Related)

Hey, so I have a picture to show but all my UI tabs work fine but when I go to my sims needs its blank. Anyone know the fix for it? It isn't mods I dont think because my game worked fine last night and I haven't added any new mods since nor has there been any game updates. Please help!

We've seen this issue before. It may have something to do with mods and/or have been a gameplay hiccup.
