Cooking Food Stall Dishes (Children retain the dish)

I am excited to see that even though my Sim ate one of the food stall dishes as a child it is now available for them to cook as a teen :)! Very happy that my Sims can eat dishes as children and retain the recipe for once they are able to cook!

True - it definitely could be bug. I'm hoping it is not though as children should be able to learn recipes. I still wish that they could learn how to bake and cook as kids.
