Sims keep disappearing

 In my towns sims just disappear. I will go to find a certain sim and they will just be gone from the town and relationship panel. And if they are part of my family, they will be on the family tree but their picture will be all white. I play with lots of fairies so I have changed the fairy human ration thinking that might help. And changed the town population to no limit. thinking these might help? But they are still disappearing.

I'm not sure what could be going on with your game, but when families or single Sims start disappearing that may mean story progression is still on.

It may be worth a try to turn story progression off if you haven't already. Also you may try resetting the whole town as well to see if that might help.
