vile concoction drink?

Hello, I haven't noticed my vamp had this drink in his inventory. Why is this in his inventory?
It says cure the vampire thing which means turn back to human?

I thought it was the one my sim can make on bar for cure vampirism.
But the name is different of the drink.

Interesting, anyone know anything about this? Can it be sold? Does it work? Where does it come from?

I think that is the vampire cure drink. It probably just has the "vile concoction" label to keep you from drinking it by mistake.
I believe vampires can cure themselves by drinking it or can be forcibly cured or "slayed" by another sim who sort of throws that drink in their faces.
I don't know why it would have just shown up in your sim's inventory. That's very strange!

One of my human sims made this vampire cure drink on bar. He is maxed with vampire lore skill. It looks exactly same as the other one, isn't it? Why is the name different? Also he made this in Vlad's mansion. :D He can't even put it into his inventory and isn't able to throw to other sims.

Ahhhh!!!! My vamp sim had a Good Vampire aspiration. He completed it this morning time. Ahhh maybe that's why he got it for a  prize..! :D This is the first time I've seen the cure drink. I've never tried to make this on bar because I wanted him to keep in vampire. :D Now my vamp sim changed his aspiration to Master vampire.

Now I undestand why it says the vampire who completed this aspiration will have the humanity. :D

I can verify that drink's label changes between "Vile Concoction" and "Cure Vampirism" depending on the Sim selected, and if they can be cured. That is more complicated than it sounds. You can not be cured while in transition. Also, when a child is a vampire, they can not be cured as a child, and when they age up to a teen it can be buggy. They are a vampire then, and the drink should work, but I have had to save and reload to get it to work. So the label changing is a nice clue.

My current household is mixed. I can have 5 dishes in the fridge, 4 can be excellent quality non-vampire food, and one bowl of plasma fruit salad. Guess what every non-vampire beelines for in the fridge! Every single one.

@Hechicera Sims in a nutshell ;D Speaking of which. I had made a club for one of my vampire's offspring - a coven of sorts - and tried to put 'drink plasma' as one of five activities. My precious plasma was gone in no time since, apparently, no other activity had any appeal. I wonder if Sims still obsess about the woodworking bench... We could definitely use some adjustments here and there to balance out this kind of single-tracked mind.

Yep! that is the Sims. :) I can verify the workbench. I put it in inventory for now since sometimes I can't click fast enough to make sure unfinished projects don't build up on the workbench *and* be the refrigerator police at once.

The workbench has a more annoying component in the unfinished projects. They get left behind and a Sim can go up and Scrap them, as I'm sure you know. I've seen at least a half a dozen at once. In an apartment, the other objects that distract them are even closer, add the Sim desire to stop everything and watch that toddler, and the rate at which Sims abandon projects has gone way up.

The drink appears 'vile' to vamps as they don't want to be cured basically. Also if you have 'drink plasma' as a vamp club rule and have no plasma packs or fruit in your sims inventory then your vamp and all the NPC vamps in the club will attack the other sims for a forced drink. This is either very cool or horrific depending on your way of playing. I'm in the 'very cool' camp! lol.
