Where do I find....

I know one of my twallan mods has a part where I can change town populations. And I also know one also has a place where I can decide the percentage's of fairies to humans I want in my town. In fact I think they are both in the same mod.

NOW my problem is I can't find it again. I have looked and looked. Just hoping someone might know how to access these.

I've looked through story progression again and again and I can't find where they are. Maybe you could tell me the steps to get into them again? :-[

I think I found it. I just have to get home to my cp to check.
