Glitches In Lifetime Rewards?

Over the past few weeks I've had a problem with lifetime rewards and I'm checking to see if anyone else has this problem. The two that I have really noticed are the long distance friend and no bills ever.  The long distance friend reward has been a recent ongoing problem. Several of my Sims have lost friends even though they have this reward. Today the repo man appeared to claim property even though my Sim has the no bills ever reward and no bills in the mailbox.

I thought I saw someone mention this in another post - they had a bill appear on their lot somewhere at random, and once they paid that bill, no more ever showed up. I forget which thread I read it in, though.

As for the other reward, I haven't tried that one in a while, I usually work on the charisma skill and do the challenge to save having to spend the LTR points, so I haven't tested it. I think my current sim farmer has just bought it, though, so if he has I'll keep an eye out and see if it works for him.
