Notification Board

I just downloaded the toddler update and now my Notification Board isn't working at all.  I'll see what is going on but when I want to take a better look at it there is just a single blue frame with an x in the upper right hand corner for deletion with no text.  Anyone have or had this problem?

Haven't had that glitch. Are you using mods? If so have you tried your game without them? Is the problem still there in an unmodded game?
