Help with Graphic card settings

Please could anyone help, I bought a new Windows 10 Acer Aspire e15-523 last week but I haven't a clue about Graphic card settings for The Sims 3 ( Graphic Card...AMD A9-9410 RADEON R5) I really would appreciate it if ayone could help.

I'm not sure I understand the question. Are you asking about how to set up graphics within the game itself or how to get the game to recognize the graphics card?
