CL hidden buildable lots

Does CL have city living some hidden buildable lots --- like the Forgotten Grotto, etc. --- if you use bb.enablefreebuild? 

Where are the lots?

What you might have read about are the txt adventures where your sim gets invited to the opera and places like that. At the appointed time your sim disappears etc. Unfortunately these opportunities are not working in my game. My sims have been invited to plenty but nothing happens... it's a reported bug.
