The Sims 3 Supernatural expansion pack trouble

I recently got a new laptop with windows 10, i installed The Sims 3 then Ambitions then Supernatural. But when i click on the Supernatural launcher it only loads Ambitions? Can someone please help?

Not certain what the issue is. When we've done a reinstall we install everything at once, run the patches and then try running the game.

So what might help is uninstall Supernatural, if that's the last one you tried to install. As something may have become corrupt during the install process. Try installing it again as well as any other expansions/stuff packs you have and the patches. Then when that's done, try running the game.
