Lots of deaths at restaurants

I have played around with eating out, I've already experienced three deaths, I guess Grim likes restaurants, as much as he likes parties lol.

Same here. As soon as I have a full house of patrons, someone dies and everyone goes to mourn them. I usually have to close the place to get them to move away. One time death wouldn't leave so my sims couldn't either (had to exit game - resestsim didn't work)

There is a Big Report on this, not that it has any information or work arounds but adding a 'me too' can only help bring it to the dev's attention a little quicker.

You're welcome.  While I'm all for a little drama in my game I don't really want customers dropping like flies every time I open my restaurant!

I had a painter that painted beautiful paintings, so when she was playful, I had her paint a "playful" painting.  I decided to put the painting in her restaurant.  The first night, I had a sim die from laughing.  Didn't think anything of it until it happened two more times.  I disabled the aura and no more deaths, lol.  Happened at home too.  Needless to say, no more enabling those paintings.

Wow, that's one potent Playful painting. Would you share what its Playful level is?  Is it a Playful 9 painting?

The Sims skill was maxed out. It wasn't a large restaurant, but I thought the same way, that it must put out a large aura.

Emotional paintings have a rating, ranging from 4 to 9, I believe. I was just wondering if your super Playful painting had a max rating of 9.

Also, I imagine your painting would come in extremely handy if, for example, one of your sims were doing the Public Enemy aspiration, hehe.
