World Adventure Map acting like normal town.

So I've been playing Sims 3 on and off for years because its been riddled with bugs, but been playing recently and got error trap, master controller, and traveler, I read traveler helps opportunities in World Adventures, as I was having the same 3 adventures on each board, thats fixed now but now the map for China is playing like a normal town, with normal sim weather, an ice cream truck going around, and also my Sims' friends are also adventurers, I'm also getting invites from Chinese sims for parties and what not, also some horses spawned at the market haha, any help would be grand

It's normal, it's part of Traveler features. The mod allows sims to live in vacation worlds permanently, so it makes vacation worlds more like homeworlds.

Also, I got the "travel to champ les sims" adventure and when my sim returned home, the adventure dissapeared though I think this may have been because I went straight to Champ Les Sims before returning home *sigh*

Woah, now I'm having a problem where, my sims are coming back from traveling, I used a backup earlier and traveled again and they were fine when coming back, but after traveling to Egypt, one of them is again, deformed, I went into plan outfit, because some outfits were ok but others aren't, and I got an error trap, and well... now he has uhmmmm... breasts.

This looks like there may be some bad CC in your game. Best way to go check on that is to go through the custom content that's in your game.

I don't think either of my sims are wearing any custom content, It's fine now, I used the backup again, which wouldn't be so bad if the game didn't take forever to load... its a shame the game couldn't just be released in a working condition.

3 different things to try and get the game to work properly isn't on really D: (those being Nrass Overwatch, Master Controller and Traveler)

It sounds like you use a few Nraas mods. It may be best to ask over at Nraas (Link here) to see if they know of anything that might help. As they've helped others clean up their saved games to get them in working order. I'm just not real familiar with how it's done.
