Is there a cheat to add days off for each working Sim in my main household?

Not that I am aware of but you can get a low level writer sim to write an excuse note or call in fake sick.

My adult Sims have skill level 10 in writing.  They're tech gurus, but I think I've seen that option come up before for them, so I will try that.

About a month ago, I had to start my generational main family over (back to where I left off now), but all of my adult Sims lost all of their extra vacation days (one of them had 45 days saved up.)

Ouch, 45 days is a lot to lose! It would be handy to be able to cheat vacation days for sure. Mind you... I think I would over abuse that cheat to the max!

I think a sim only needs to be level 1 or 2 in writing to write excuse notes so your level 10 writer will be fine.

Thanks for reminding me about excuse notes, Playalot.  Yeah, it was a lot of days off to lose.  She has 4 now --- but my family is very similar to how they were before and making a little more money even, so, that's good.  All of my last 4 generations are back --- those were the characters I remembered the best.
