Best buy desktops for Sims 4

Hello,
I'm new to pc gaming but am an avid Simmer! I was looking to purchase a desktop that will run the Sims 4 (long-time sims 3 player so I am highly enthusiastic about the upgrade!)

Here's a breakdown of what I'm hoping to get:
1. I would like a system that will be able to run Sims 4 base game and all the available Game Packs and Expansions smoothly with the highest settings
2. I am hoping to purchase something under $1000.

I'm not too familiar with gaming specs but the Lenovo one seems to have a better graphics card...but I don't know if it's too much of a difference. I am open to any other desktop suggestions. It's a little overwhelming since I find myself going back and forth comparing the specs and getting bogged down with the details so I thought I might get some much needed expert advice from more experienced gamers before I spend the money...this will be a big investment for me so I need all the advice that I can get!

Any of the below will work great for play game at highest/ultra settings. However, it is very strongly recommend to buy a better power supply as the supplies that come with most budget gaming pcs are under powered for actual gaming. This can cause damage to the system due to over-stressing the power supply.

Thank you so much for your help MrsFlynn! I will be looking at those options you've provided. You saved me a lot of time narrowing the choices down so that's fantastic.

I do have one other concern regarding the power supply; now I'm not sure how to install it into my desktop so I was wondering; do you know if Best Buy or anywhere else will install it for me?

If your local BestBuy has a GeekSquad, you could ask them to help with that. They may charge a fee for that. Though I don't know how much that will be.

Good to know! I will contact Best Buy then. Thanks again for your help. I'm thinking of going with the CyberPowerPC - Gamer Ultra Desktop model. I'm looking forward to playing the Sims 4!
