only rules are no cheats! been using live stream 1 mil followers to get the money in just a few hours.

Aww, you have me there, I hardly ever play the Tech Guru career and I've been thinking about other skills and couldn't figure it out! lol I must play through that career again.

The Tech Guru career is always so much fun to play  .  Most of my characters are in that career ---- all of my main family is.  As a start up genius, you get §567 to start (with the fabulously wealthy aspiration), and only work M, W, F from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.)

I hardly ever have my sims in jobs or careers unless I'm telling a story. I hate having to be time restricted in my messing-around games and so tend to use gardening to make obscene amount of cash.  Once the plants are perfect they are so rich that they never need do another days work in their life! I played this way in TS3 too, seems like old habits are hard to break.

Wild growfruit trees have finally started appearing & maturing in my game. Those can be worth a lot, when perfect. Also, they seem to ripen in my pockets. I keep them around for a while, and sell them in bunches. The fruit objects also seem to be worth a lot as well. However, masterpiece paintings can be worth up to $14,000. Sometimes, the small ones can be worth over $10,000 as well, and they don't take as long to paint.
