Since I played with CAW, and I can see others are playing too, here is a list I made for myself, and probably will be usefull to anyone creating a world. Here are all comunity buildings find in SV, TB and BP except parks and fishing spots. Also, I couldn't find saloon and junkyard in BP. I didn't like Riverview nor Barnacle Bay so I didn't even install them since last time I did complete install of game, but it wont be bad to check them too, since at least their comunity lots can be saved in library and used in created world.
