I've tried the culinary profession a few times and every time my sim can meet her colleagues by the socialising with coworkers option when she's at work, but for some reason on my most recent game she can't. I've had her socialise for hours and she doesn't meet anyone. I know that Summer Holiday and Bob Pancake (I think that's his name) work there, so I had my sim go to their houses and meet them normally. They immediately showed up as her coworkers without her having to ask about their jobs and she was able to talk about work, gossip about coworkers, etc. But I don't know who else works there so it's a problem that she can't meet them at work. Any ideas?
