Sketch the Butler?

Is there a way to sketch the butler? I have University and Late Night, but I don't see sketch in the list of interactions.

I've noticed NPCs (Those assigned as consignment clerks, maids, etc.) don't allow you to perform certain interactions with them that were added with Expansions (In my case, using elixirs on them), at least while they're on duty. Since butlers are always on duty, I think sketching them wouldn't be possible unless you fired them and then ran into them on a separate occasion.
