Simbot interactions not appearing

Not sure what's causing it, but suddenly none of the maintenance/power down options that appear when you select a simbot, or the maintenance options that appear when a sim selects the simbot, are appearing in my household. Not even after a reset of either.

Anyone experienced this?

EDIT: Should add that it seemed to begin happening after I saved a copy of my household. But I've done that previously with the simbot under the roof and had no trouble.
