Can Alienware 13 run sims 4

The base model of the laptop is priced at Canadian $1299  and includes a 2.4-GHz Intel Core i5-4210U CPU; 4GB of RAM; a 1TB 5,400-rpm hard drive; Intel HD Graphics; an Nvidia GeForce 960M GPU with 2GB of GDDR5; and a 1366 x 768 display.If not any alternative at my price range?

Since Alienware is a gaming platform, I would think it would.  Based on what I'm seeing, it should be fine to run it.  Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will pop in to confirm, but yeah, I'd say it would be fine.

The only sticking point I see is the processor, it's not really designed for gaming.

Without getting too technical, they make the U (Ultra-low-voltage or UVL) processors to save energy/electricity to help save battery life. But they do this at the expense of the processing power games need. So it makes for a not so good gaming experience.
