Crashing on the Sims 4
« on: March 27, 2016, 03:38:12 AM »
okay so here is my problem. my game keeps crashing while in game. while i was having the problem I encountered  that it has a pattern. It only seems to crash when i'm in loading screens.

it started out days earlier maybe once crash a day. which did not bug me. but then it started getting worse. and as of today. i tried to start it up and it crashed when i clicked the "play" button. after that i looked up some solutions and some didn't work. and some made it slightly better. the one which slightly improved it is when i did a factory reset.

i looked for more information on my issue. but I can't seem to find it..
I had the game for more then a year now and it never done this.

Other info which might help:
Windows Edition: Windows 10
System type: 64 bit Operating System. x64 based processor

I also forgot to mention that I already tried to "repair game" in the origin menu. did nothing.

also another thing i noticed yesterday that it crashed whenever i tried to save. unless i "save and quit"

I updated to windows 10 last fall. worked fine then.
and MrsFlynn I tried a few of them, but i am scared of doing some, cause i don't want to break my computer in anyway.
