Dirty Laundry In Townies/Neighbors Homes

Hi. I am playing in Twinbrook and I am seeing piles of wet clothes and dirty clothes laying all over the homes of my towns Sims. I have Twallans Mods and I searched Google for a "fix" for this issue but did not find one. I have Overwatch, Master Controller and Story Progression. I have several of Twallons Mods as well, but I figured one or more of those 3 would deal with my issue. Any help? Thanks.
