About 'hates children' trait
« on: April 06, 2016, 12:35:04 PM »
Hi guys, :)

I'm really curious about this trait. I added a new sim called,"Sergio Romeo"a few days ago.  He has this trait and he gets angry when he is sitting in the dining room with my kid sim,Scarlet. I asked him to help homework for Scarlet but there was no interaction. He is certainly young adult..? So I tried to have him help homework for my teen, Willis and I found 'help homework with' interaction on Willis. So my question is that hates children sim is supposed not to help homework for child? I'm not sure about this.
Very hard to be escaped from Sims.

You might have just clicked on the child sim too early for the interaction to show up but all 'Hates Children' sims I've played can help kids with homework. They do get whims to be mean to a child and will get tense if they 'try for baby' but generally when directed can be just as nice to a child as any other sim. Left on their own they do tend to smash doll houses and do mean interactions with non-household children and sometimes to the kids in the household as well.
