Ink Blot test

My sims have a wish to perform ink blot test on other sims, but I have no idea how to do this. I saw comments in other pages about it. They say that mine sims needs to be at least 5 level in science, and good friend with other sims to perform this action. I did it, but its still not showing? What should I do?

I believe it should be under the friendly actions. Click on a friend and under that category should be "ink blot test." You get it by doing science type stuff. Here is a guide for it:
