Problem Installing CC thru launcher

I'm trying to install some custom content from a particular website (The Sims Resource, to be exact) and for some reason, it just won't work. Whenever I try to install the CC, it just says Failed without any particular reason. I've never had this problem before with the site and CC so I hope someone could help me out.
