Can someone please tell me the name of the mod?

There is a mod that lets you make a EP ''disappear'' or ''appear'' at will. It makes the game think you uninstalled it without going through the control panel process. I wanna know the name of it, I've heard of it on this forum, but forgot it. :)

- Let's you pick which expansions/stuff packs you want to play or not play.

If you have the digital download version of Sims 3 you do not need this program. As something similar is built into the new game launcher.
