New to CC - Help!

First of all, I looked around some on this site and couldn't find any answers, so i'm sorry if this is a duplicate question.

I have been playing TS for years, but i've never messed with any CC. I'm finally starting to venture into downloading CC for TS4, but i'm a tad confused. I downloaded Keka to unzip files, and I know how to drag the unzipped file into the mods folder. However, after I do this and I launch the game, the game alerts me that I have CC installed, but it doesn't show up in the game. For example, I downloaded some hair and the game tells me it is installed as cc , but it doesn't show up in CAS.

Any suggestions or ideas of what i'm doing wrong? Thanks

Have you made sure to Enable Custom Content and Mods is checked in Game Options?

Go to Options Menu > Game Options > Other > and make sure custom content on is checked in the Game Options. Also check Script Mods Allowed.

Just jumped in game to check this. As I believe this is a newer option that EA added in one of the recent patches. Dec.4th patch I believe.
