Try these tips below. If these don't work I have added a link below that has some more tips to try.
1. Run Ccleaner and it's registry cleaner

Open up Origin, Go to My Games. Click on the 'I' button next to the 'Play' button by the Sims 4 game. Then click on Game Properties. Check the box to disable Origin in Game
3. Try playing the game in "Offline" mode -- In the Origin Client, go to the Origin Menu and select Go Offline.
4. Start the game in Windowed mode by -- In the Origin Client, go to the My Games Tab, and right click on the Sims 4 Cover and select Game Properties - In the Command Line Arguments, add the following text: -w and click Okay. If that doesn't work try: -w und
