Twallan/Nraas Story Progression Cooldown Settings Not Effecting Active Sims?

I've changed the cool down settings for break ups, engagement, marriage, and pregnancy. It seems that these aren't actually effecting my active household at all..my sim just entered a relationship, got engaged, and married in roughly 2 days. Why aren't the cool down settings changing my active sims?

I am not familiar with Nraas's Story Progression. You may be find better troubleshooting help over at:

From my current experience with it, the settings only affect non-active Sims; you'll have to be cautious if you want to follow it as well.
