Organizing Mods and CC on Mac

Hello.
Does anyone know how to organize mods and CC on a mac? Been searching for this information and coming up with nothing as of yet. Can I add folders to the Mods folder to do it that way? I haven't tried and this is my first go at adding any custom content to my game. Any help would be appreciated.

I found this link for Mac and you should be able to make sub-folders inside the mods folder to keep it organized just like on a PC :)
