[BUG] Issues with Soulmate?

Hey guys, just thought I'd see if anyone else was having issues with relationships registering as soulmate?  Even though both friendship bars and romantic bars are completely maxed out.  Seems to be since the last patch.

This is a known bug.  If you find you have this bug, please go over to answer.ea.com using the 2nd link below and on the first post you should see a Me Too button under it. Click it to help show that others are having similar issues and hopefully that should help get it some attention.

The 2nd link is the most current post of the issue. Doing this will show that players are still having problems with this.

This happened to me a few times recently as well. But if the sim travels to another lot, it seems to resolve itself.
I think I just left the aspiration set to "Soulmate" and had the sims go to work and visit the park. It eventually triggered after not too long.

EDIT: Hm... the traveling didn't work.  I've cleared caches, even repaired the game.

If this the problem you're experiencing you may want to hit the Me Too button under the first post of the 2nd link. As it's the most current post of the issue. Doing this will show that players are still having problems with this.

--sighs-- I thought this had been taken care of once before.  It's annoying because it was fine and then it happened after the latest patch.
