Edited to add: so I started a topic on this but thought I'd update here too. My Team Treat content disappeared when I logged into Origin in offline mode! Took me about 2 sim hours to figure out why my sims couldn't enter or exit the house (the door was gone). Not very observant of me, I know lol

Just to note this here as well --

The team treat items do not show up in-game while in true offline mode.

However, if you login while online and then select offline mode via the Origin client you should be able to see the treat items.

As to why they chose to do this I am not sure. Playalot, Hubby and I haven't been able to find anything on it.

@MrsFlynn EA seems to have helped me with this. It seems that the firewall restricts some aspects of the TS4 executable file. All I needed to do was add the .exe file to my private firewall exceptions and now the items seem to be there. Will be testing further
