Buying a desktop ON A BUDGET

I've found lots of help for pricey desktops but I am on a stricter budget. I'm looking for a good desktop tower for Sims 4. We do little else on it. Chrome and Jumpstart for the kids is literally it. Everything else is on handhelds or game systems. I need something low cost that will run the game well. Doesn't have to be phenomenal. Refurbished is fine if someone could point me in the direction of a reliable place to buy. Preferably online. Thanks in advance!

USA. I don't have a specific budget but IO would realllly like to stay under $500. Well under if possible. That's why I am ok with refurbs. I only need the tower.
