I'm halfway through this thing right now and I just got to your "joke" with Artie's death  . Well played, madam, well played. I shall return when I'm finished with the story but I just wanted to tip my hat to you now while it's clear in my mind 

While I'm here, is it possible to score a link to the genetic colorful skintones thing, I'm really out of touch with where the CC distribution points are in the fandom at the moment >_>

I can't believe it's been so long since I updated.  I blame testing for challenges and outside influences.  That and my next plan requires a little set up. 

Thank you for the hat tip, @Curveball and welcome to the ride .  I'm so not over yet with all that as I'm sure people will tell you.  I enjoy the suspense of my readers.    As for the best place to get CC, I don't know.  I found some on tumblr by accident/through a friend and that's been bad enough. Here is the link over to the 63 skins though and so far it does wonders to brighten up a game!  Not all Sims will be converted but at least half as far as I can tell. Depending on if you pollinate,etc.  They work for random Sims and work like other skin tones genetically but remember the infants don't actually have the skintone unlike the alien or base game skin.    Enjoy !

Eh you know we love it even if we complain. At least I know I prefer some suspense even in the more lighthearted entertainment I enjoy

Caroline - *talking to Angelique* Can you believe that show?  They really need to stop leaving it on cliffhangers like that or no one is going to come back.
Angelique - Everyone is totally coming back and you know it.
JR - *internal: Okay maybe if I stretch my neck..*
Cassie - Hello.. old lady here.  Can we change the channel or something?  I'd rather die than watch another episode of whatever that was.

Laughed my head off at Scarlet trying to read JR a story. So many distractions! He is adorable, though. I'd be distracted, too. I'm surprised Aurora hasn't staked her claim already!

Just thought I'd share.  Is the hiatus over?  No telling.  I have several individuals that have asked that I consider finishing Artie my New Year's resolution.  But I'm not up to dynasty speed yet, there are rules that need to be accounted for.  New expansions and a whole slew of .. 'what were you doing again?"
