Sim is stuck

My sim is stuck in a room under the stairs. I don't know how she got there because it technically isn't a room, but she managed to get there. Now she's stuck and there's no way out because she can't move. What do I do? I've tried resetting her, but it isn't doing anything.

If resetsim [firstname lastname] doesn't work, something else that may work is evicting the household and move them back in.

1. Go to manage world.
2. Evict current household.
3. Then move household back into their house.

I believe it's Shift - Click to get the teleport option. But that should let you get your sim out of the room. Or go into build mode and delete a wall to give your sim a path out

You can even use MOO when in build mode to just pick up your sim and move them to a different spot! Just be careful you don't accidentally delete them!
