No Drift Lower Level Camera Mod For Sims 3

This mod gets rid of the drift in TAB mode (Cam mode) and allows the camera to go down to ground level. There are another camera mod out there for live mode, but the site that offers it contains adult content which is why I don't provide a link to it.
