19 Culpepper House - A disgusting hovel!

 Mice, spiders, dirty dishes and pans, soiled clothes, leaky pipes, suspect electric, roaches and filthy appliances - who would but their sim in a apartment like that? A monster! Right? :P And the furniture is mismatched, the walls are bare brick and full of cracks... It's a nightmare!

Nice!  I'll have to download that, I do a lot of stories that start in nasty, run down little houses.
