Select specific Sim using a key shortcut?

Is there a mod or maybe some way to select a particular Sim using a keyboard shortcut, instead of mouse clicking on his portrait? I know Space selects the next Sim in the household, but I'd prefer to be able to select a particular Sim in current household, maybe assign the shortcut to the position in the toolbar. Is there a way to do this?

Right clicking on the sim, themselves, will also swap to that sim.

Ah yes, I didn't know this. It will be useful, but for a different purpose - to quickly select the Sim I'm looking at. But how to select the Sim I am thinking about? That's where the shortcut would be useful, without even looking at the toolbar and aiming a small portrait with the mouse. It's strange there is no such shortcut.
