Unknown moodlet appearing

There's a weird case that when I have a daycare provider admonish a problem child, he later gets a thought bubble of a red grin-like face with a halo over his head.

What does this moodlet mean (like what it does, how long it lasts etc.)? Exclusive to daycare?

It is exclusive to daycare and lasts for 3 hours.
