Triplets? Two of one gender, one of the other? How can I guarantee that?

OK, so, I'm well aware of how to guarantee one baby's gender. But is there any way to guarantee triplets, and also guarantee there are two of one gender, and one of the other, without having to create them as toddlers? Thanks in advance for your help, guys!

Sadly, I think this is pure chance. Though one thing you can try (but I can't promise it'll work) is to have a medical sim determine the child's gender then eat a fruit that increases chance of the opposite gender. For example, sim determines it's a boy so you eat watermelons for the others to be girls.

For increasing triplet chances, there's numerous ways:
1) Procreation Elixir via Alchemy (requires Supernatural)
2) Fertility Treatment LTR (10000 points per parent)
3) Watch KidZ Zone on TV
4) Turn a stereo on and have it play Kids music.
5) Wish for a large family from a genie (requires Showtime and 30000 points)
