Aging up a currently un-played Sim
« on: September 12, 2015, 07:33:35 AM »
Hey all,

So I have a teen Sim who is the child of a Sim I created and an NPC. He's dating another teen Sim I created. I want to age up him and his girlfriend simultaneously. Is it possible to make this happen without having to switch between households? I want them to age up and move out fairly soon, because seven Sims in one house is getting just a TOUCH overwhelming lol. Thanks for any help. I'm just wondering if there is any possible cheat I'm overlooking, iirc in TS3 you could age up NPCs using a cheat. I'd just rather not switch households solely to age him up.

I'm pretty sure you can age the girlfriend up while she is on the lot. Just have someone put candles on a cake and select her as the one to blow out the candles.

You could invite the sim you want to age up to visit and have your sim back a cake and put candles on it. When you click on the cake there should be an option to age up another sim. Select that and it will give you a list of sims to pick from, choose the one you want to age up and they will blow out the candles on the cake and age up.
A clear conscience is usually a sign of a bad memory.
