I need a gaming desktop that will work for Sims 3/4

I want a gaming desktop that can play the Sims 3 and the Sims 4 but I don't really know anything about computers. I just want it to be able play them both with no trouble. I think the Sims 3 is a little bit more powerful because I can play Sims 4 on my ordinary laptop just fine (with long loading screens and lags and such) but I can't launch the Sims 3 at all.

I believe the Sims 3 Pets and Seasons had higher system requirements than the base game so I went ahead and posted the links for them. In case you needed it.

Just for heads up, it is good to prepare for Pets and Seasons before it even announced or anything since they have been a staple to the series and usually these two expansion in particular introduce many graphical glitch for lower end user. all the computer @MrsFlynn  suggested are all pretty good and should run both Sims 3 and 4 pretty smoothly.
