Resurrection of Sims

I can't resurrect the Sims that died in my household. My Sim died in Egypt (Al Simhara) and I placed the Tombstone in my inventory. When I went to take it out it was removed from my inventory. I reset-ed it and when my Sim died at home I couldn't resurrect it. Any Help?

Where is the grave/urn now?

It disappeared but I restarted it and my Sim died again. When I waited for the Science Lab Opportunity, It wouldn't Pop up.

The Oh My Ghost! opportunity is random and doesn't always appear.  You'll just have to wait for it to come up.  I'm still not clear about where the grave/urn is.  You restarted and your Sims died again, so where is that grave/urn?

It's outdoors and the first time I had to restart because the tombstone disappeared. The second time the tomb stone is outside and I waited for 2 weeks in Sim days for the opportunity to appear and it didn't.

Ok, at least you've got the tomb.  Keep it safe and just wait.  That opportunity is random and doesn't always come up.  You can also try to put the tomb in your Sim's personal inventory and click on the Science Center just to see if by some chance you can do it for money.  Other than that, you just have to wait.
