So it's a new neighborhood for the world-city but it has nobody in the lots, it's just a complete area of empty lots? That sounds like something good to add to Sims 4, we need some place to put the Landgraabs after we evict them and bulldoze their lot for our Immortal Dynasties! (Not like I would use their lot - it doesn't have many collectibles).

I play The Sims 4 for fun, so I don't care if I never end up being interviewed for the Dynasty Hall of Fame; people who play for keeps burn out too easily and don't enjoy playing the games, so I am going to not sweat the details.

I was so glad when they added Newcrest because I was getting bored with the other lots.
