Editing locked lots

Is there a way to edit the small lots that open when you load a specific house? For example, I have a house in Neecrest that has a small park next to it with the Pirate Ship. I want to edit that park but I can’t figure out how to do it.

Welcome to the Forum.

Those aren't actually lots. They're more like decor for the neighbourhood. So, unfortunately, I don't think you would be able to edit them.
