Sim's eye color keeps changing in CAS

So I just noticed a really annoying bug. I've been trying to make a Sim with gray eyes but everytime I switch to a different Sim (in CAS) and switch back, the eye color changes to light brown. It only happens to the male Sims, the females are just fine. It also happens with purple (changes to red) and probably a few other colors. I don't have any mods or CC so I don't know what could be causing the issue?

It's a bug that's been happening for a while, with no known fix or work-around.

Ah, that's annoying. It's good to know others are having the same bug at least.    Hopefully they'll fix it in a patch.
