WCIF: Newsea Hair for Sims 4

and if there isn't, would anyone be willing to convert it for me? (not sure if it's against the rules so, sorry if it is ;w;)

Hi @Siikos  welcome to the forum. It's not against the rules at all. You might have more luck finding out what you need to know by posting a question on the creators site. Sorry I can't help you with this one as I don't really use anything but Maxis match these days.
