Screenshot functionality has stopped working (both UI and shortcut) FIXED

Just today the screenshot functionality via both the camera icon on the UI and the 'C' shortcut have stopped working.

I closed out, and reentered, and have the same problem.

Does anyone have suggestions/ideas for me?

I have done all the usual things eg restart game, restart computer, clean caches etc. I have lots more screenshots on my desktop than on my laptop, and it is my laptop this is happening to me on, so I am fairly certain it is not a space issue.

Something else you could try is disable your antivirus software, and try running the game as administrator.

No, I didn't try a factory reset, but I now have, and I'm able to take screenshots again.

Yay!! I'm happy to hear you're able to take photos again!! Anytime my game glitches like that or does anything weird. I try a factory reset and it works again.
