Thanks for the positive comments! It was a weird space that I had to work with and when I decided to create two rooms to keep the quiet hobbies separate from the noisy ones, things just fell into place. I did expand the decor from the TV space around the corner of the stairs because I didn't need that much room.

I'll be interested to see what house #3 looks like.

Not yet, but if you want it, lilygirl's room has the entire house attached. It might not be perfect, I still have to go in and test it, fix up missing wallpaper, etc.

Yes, the file I attached above has the completed house, minus exterior wallpaper. There might be a couple more things that need fixing/changing though.

I talked to Seabody about it at the end of last year and she said they do plan to have a third one this year.  I don't know when, though.
